Meredith Dehmer – Library Director

Before becoming the Director, in January 2016, I was the Assistant Director for four years under Director Judy Hartman.   

I grew up in Illinois outside of Chicago.  I graduated from Augustana College, in Rock Island, IL and have held numerous jobs in the retail field, including store management, store design and a project coordinator for a Retail Design Firm. 

I live in Mechanicsville with my husband Jim and daughter Grace.  I enjoy photography, podcasts, and reading.
